These Terms and Conditions govern use of the rodlimb.com website ("Site") of Advanced Counseling and its affiliates ("Business", "we", "us", "our").

Age & residency

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. Users aged 13–17 should use it under parental or guardian supervision.

Not a substitute for care

This Site provides general information about Advanced Counseling's services. It is not a substitute for a clinical assessment, therapeutic relationship, or emergency care. If you are in crisis, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Scope of use

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. Content may not be copied, redistributed, or stored for other purposes without written permission.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from services described on it.

Limitation of liability

Use of the Site is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanced Counseling and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites, including communicatinglove.com. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.

User submissions

Content you submit through the contact form, intake forms, or scheduling flow is used to provide the service you requested (see our Privacy Policy and, for clients, your HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices).

Governing law

Advanced Counseling operates from Meridian, Idaho. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are effective upon posting to this page.
