Fees are subject to change; pre-paid packages can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
Payment
Cash or credit card. We don't have insurance or EAP information published on this site — please ask our office directly if you have questions about your specific coverage.
Session length
The standard "therapeutic hour" is 47–52 minutes, ending a few minutes before the hour so Rod can return calls and prepare for the next client. Arriving late doesn't extend your end time — a shorter, focused session is still generally more useful than rescheduling.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the session fee; no-shows are charged the full fee. Documented emergencies may be considered for a refund of a late or missed-session charge.
